HASP Project
The HASP project is a 2 years Justice Programme that aims at the combat and prevention of HRV practices against women, ranging from forced marriage to so called “honour crimes”. It was deliberately chosen to target such a wide scope of harmful HRV practices,
taking into account the large variations of the phenomenon in the participating countries (Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Spain and United Kingdom).
The project was launched in March 2016.

Project Highlights
HASP project was widely presented -during the primary data collection and analysis phase of the project (August 2016)- on TV1 channel in the news’ section. TV1 is the major public channel in Spain. This dissemination activity was organized by Valencia City Council-Local Police (PLV), Spain.
